COLLECTION INSTRUCTIONS: Our couriers can collect from all UK addresses on weekdays only. We do not offer collections on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or bank holidays.

You’ll also receive another email with a DPD QR code before you can proceed to drop-off your boxes at any DPD Drop-off Point near you with Label Printing facilities (excluding lockers).
