  • “Computers2Africa” refers to the programme operated by Books To Africa International.
  • “Website” refers to any site under the ownership or control of Computers2Africa.

By using this Website, you agree to do so lawfully and respectfully, without infringing on the rights or enjoyment of others. You must not use the Website for any defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. Computers2Africa reserves the right to update these terms at any time. 5. Donations

By donating computers, accessories, or other tech items to Computers2Africa, you transfer full ownership to Books To Africa International. Donated items may be:

  • Refurbished and shipped to educational institutions across Africa.
  • Sold in our UK charity shop if they do not meet minimum specifications, to fund shipping and operations.
  • Responsibly recycled if unsuitable for reuse.

 

If you wish to retrieve a donation, you must contact us within 7 days of the donation. Items already shipped, sold, or recycled cannot be recovered. Donated funds already expended are non-refundable.

6. Trademarks and Copyright

All names, logos, and programme titles associated with Computers2Africa and Books2Africa are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or modify any material without prior written consent.

7. Website Content and Use

Content on the Website is for general information only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You may view and use material for personal or educational purposes, but not for commercial gain. You may not copy, distribute, or publish any content without written permission.
